Came out of a working lab, was used for CHO cell monoclonal antibody process development.  They decided to switch to single used bioreactor.  All vessel was inspected for appropriate aseptic seal between the glass and gasket of head plate.  After that all bioreactor was washed with 0.1 M of NaOH and autoclave before releasing to us.   Can be easily converted to microbial bioreactor by buying a few part. come with heating blanket.
