This listing is for (1) new 12 inch woofer. It measures 12 inches from end to end. Diagonal hole to hole center is 11 5 /8's This woofer is rated at 120 watts RMS, and 200 Peak. I would recommend it for 2 or 3 way type setups, or for subwoofers requiring less than 120 watts RMS. It is very efficient in its sound at 91db (m/w), and does not require a huge amplifier to get great sound out of it. It puts out solid bass response with its 30oz vented voice coil, rubber surround, plays down to 50hz. Please note this listing is for (1) woofer.
