I powered this on as you can see in the pictures. Rocker works well as shown. Heating pad does not heat and has an alarm; depending on your application, you may want to replace the heater pad (Part # Heaterpad50). Please note some corrosion on underside of bag holder and top of heater pad. The orange area is my reflection. There is a rip in the bag that shields the rocker components, function unaffected. This is an incomplete system, it does power and rock as mentioned. It is offered as shown for parts.
This unit will arrive in the condition shown. It is being sold AS-IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY.
